If you are not satisfied with The AEO Playbook for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

No questions asked. No justification required. We honor refund requests in good faith.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email aeoplaybook@protonmail.com with:

3. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

You will retain access to any files you have already downloaded, but we ask in good faith that you do not use the Product after requesting a refund.

4. Refunds After 14 Days

We do not process refunds for purchases older than 14 days, except in cases where the Product was not delivered, was materially defective, or where required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience a delivery issue more than 14 days after purchase, contact aeoplaybook@protonmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of requesting a refund directly, your access to the Product and any future updates will be revoked. We strongly prefer that you contact us first so we can resolve any issue without involving your bank.

6. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and we have declined your request, you may dispute the decision by contacting aeoplaybook@protonmail.com. We will review your case in good faith.
